Incredible Family Summer Series is a part of the evidence based Incredible Years for Parents project.
The summer series is a weekly child-focused program where kids get to leave the house and enjoy hands-on fun activities, while the parents get time to relax, enjoy some food, and socialize, in a learning environment. is a place to recharge away from your kids, have lunch served to you, and spend time with other adults.
The Family Series through the Incredible Years program is open to all Coatesville kids between the ages of 2-12 and must be accompanied by a parent.
We provide the food and the fun! Kids will have a ball and parents you just may learn a thing or two!,
*Each week, kids will participate in exciting and fun themed activities:
Week 1 - Messy Week - kids will get creative with slime and all sorts of gross stuff
Week 2 - Cooking with Kure - kids will get to play with their food and do a bit cooking.
Week 3 - Music Makers - kids will get noisy and make some music and maybe make their own instruments.
Week 4 - Bring You Own Tech Week - kids will get a chance to bring in their tech devices and learn some fun and creative ways to use them. Additional tech devices will be available.
Week 5 - Art Week - Kids will have a chance to let their creativity flow as they participate in all kinds of fun art projects.
Week 6 - STEM Week - Kids will have a chance to see that science Science, Technology, Engineering and
Math can actually be fun!
Week 7 - Character Week - Kids will participate in fun activities that help them understand "developing" character.
Week 8 - Water Week - Splash Splash! Kids will have a chance to get wet and participate in fun activities where water is the main character.
